It's inevitable.Apple may reveal its 16-inch MacBook Pro today
Keep an eye out for Apple announcements today. Bloomberg sources claim that media previews are taking place for a brand new MacBook Pro. It packs a 16-inch screen inside the laptop's 15 inch frame and comes with a brand new keyboard design to replace its infamously unreliable butterfly switches. The Mac Pro is expected to be released in December, which is great news for anyone who isn't Calvin Harris.
It's more 'Pokemon' than 'Dennou Coil' at this point. 'Minecraft Earth' early access arrives in the US
It took ages for it to be released, but Minecraft Earth is finally available on Microsoft's home soil. The US has launched an early access version for iOS and Android of the game that simulates augmented reality called Minecraft Earth. Although it isn't the full-fledged Microsoft and Mojang version they have been hyping for months , it will allow you to create dioramas, collaborate with your colleagues on projects, and take on mobs in adventures.
But "The Mandalorian The Mandalorian' is extremely good.Disney+ day one: Connection issues and the Simpsons' episodes were cut
First Devindra Hardawar thinks that The Mandalorian is a good reason to sign up with another streaming service. If you're not convinced then there's also the 4K remasters of older Star Wars movies, even in the event that A New Hope has arrived with a brand-new'maclunkey' edit tagged on to the Han vs. Greedo scene.
Another issue was that many viewers were not able to connect due to the difficulty of Disney+ servers to handle all requests at the same time. While we expect that situation to improve, a trickier issue is The Simpsons, where a decision to post all of the episodes cropped and zoomed for widescreen is cutting out some of the visual gags that were in earlier episodes which were formatted to 4x3.

This is better. "Sonic the Hedgehog" tries again with a new trailer
In case you didn't catch the email from yesterday, the Sonic the Hedgehog movie is back and showcasing the new look of its CG star. Although it's not an upcoming Best Picture winner yet, Sonic is a lot less scary now that his offending teeth and eyes from the trailer have been fixed.
How much do you love AR photography? Snap Spectacles review: A more sophisticated novelty
The Spectacles 3 is a significant improvement over Snap's previous video-recording glasses. They're stylish, fit better and include a second camera that captures depth information. However the price is getting a bump -- these will cost you $380.
