Minecon 2013 The third annual Minecraft convention, will be held in Orlando, Florida, from November 2 - 3. Tickets and hotel rooms available in July.
Notch claims he chose Orlando because he spun a globe and stuck his sword through its center. However, we believe there are other factors. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Universal Studios' magical theme park, is located in Orlando. Also, the weather for November is likely to be absolutely gorgeous.
MINECRAFT-CRAFTING
Minecon 2012 was held in Disneyland Paris in November and drew in 7,000 fans, and the previous year it opened its doors in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was attended by 5,000 people and showcased impressive scale models of real-life Minecraft monsters.
