1. Past experiences, personality traits, abilities, physical features, values, goals, social roles, own observations, and feedback from others are the nine different factors found in the video lecture that I watched. If I had to pick two factors from the nine examples that I believe have the greatest impact on me. I will undoubtedly choose the values and goals. I chose it because I know for myself that they are a significant factor for me. Values is the one I choose first because, according to how it is defined, it is a person's sense of worth in his or her life, which is why it is important to make a conscious decision about how to manage it well, that I think is important for me to know myself more. Goal are next; it's common for us to plan and set goals. We don't realize that we create new goals every time we accomplish one, creating a cycle of never-ending goals. It simply denotes a person's goal-orientedness, which is also one of the important qualities about ourselves that we often overlook.
