Animal cells are described as eukaryotic cells, they contain a true membrane bound nucleus along with other membrane bound organelles. Animal and plant cell are conceived as eukaryotic cells. Bacteria is a prokaryotic cell and is a single cell organism. Animal cells are larger than any other cell.

There are various types of plant cells, a plant cell has a true nucleus and certain organelles which perform different functions. plant cells grow mainly by adding water to the vacuole, this accounts for 80% of its volume.
