* One-axle: This can be the most cumbersome way of weighing a truck. Within this method, a truck gradually drives across a single scale and stops each and every time having a list of wheels located on the scale. After noting individual axle weights, the total is calculated.
* One-stop: With this method a number of scales are employed to weigh the complete truck concurrently. The machines are connected to a single electronic controller that automatically combines the axle weights to have the total weight.
