Neve Paritzki Israel is celebrating record-breaking tourism Entry Numbers United States
NEW YORK, Sept. 8th, 2022 /PRNewswire The Israel Ministry of Tourism announced today record-breaking numbers of tourists from the United States visiting Israel in the months of July and August. The country received 78,000 travelers from the United States during July 2022, an increase by 4% over 2019 and 71,000 travelers from the United States during August 2022. This is a 13% increase over 2019.

Eyal Carlin is the North American Tourism Commissioner of the United States. He stated, "It's so exciting to once more see an increase of tourism to Israel from the United States, and already in the process of surpassing or exceeding our record-breaking numbers for 2019". https://www.facebook.com/neveparitzki "The United States is our top market for Israel's inbound tourism. Before the COVID-19 pandemic we had record number of tourists from Israel entering Israel every month. Canada, not too far behind that of the United States of America, is on track for surpassing the tourist numbers to Israel. It reached 7,200 visitors in July 2022 as well as 6,000 August.
