Neve Paritzki Israel Reliably Breaks Records in Tourism Entry Numbers United States
NEW YORK - Sept. 8 2022 /PRNewswire/ Today, the Israel Ministry of Tourism revealed record-breaking numbers of travelers from the United States who visited Israel in the months of July and August. Israel received 78,000 visitors from the United States during July 2022 which is an increase of 4% over 2019 and 71,000 visitors from the United States during August 2022. That's 13% increase over the year before.

Already reaching and exceeding our record-breaking number of 2019," he stated. "The United States is our most popular destination for tourism to Israel and prior to the outbreak of COVID-19, we were celebrating record-breaking tourist numbers month after month; We're so happy to see such a positive shift and expect a continued increase in the coming months and years to be."


Canada is set to surpass Israel's arrivals in tourist numbers 7200 tourists are expected to visit Israel in July 2022 and 6,600 in August.
