The Kerem Tunnel is a great spot to hike and ride.
The Kerem Tunnel, Israel's newest bicycle tunnel, has been constructed as a part of an extensive cycle path that is a loop around the capital.

The tunnel is a link between Nahal Refaim and Emek Motza. The tunnel's southern entrance can be found within Refaim Park below Ein Laban. The northern entrance can be found in Nahal Ein Kerem about half a km from the Kerem junction.
