Technoblade, Popular Minecraft Creator Died of Cancer at the Age Of 23.

LOS ANGELES (Variety.com) - Technoblade one of the top YouTube creator who is a specialist in Minecraft let's play videos was killed a year after he revealed the diagnosis of cancer in an announcement from his family. He was 23.



In a touching YouTube video that was posted on Technoblade's channel, the YouTuber's father announced that his son was dead. "He was the most amazing kid anyone could ever wish for," his father said. "I am so sorry for Technoblade."



The video uploaded Thursday, titled "so long nerds" included a posthumous message from the creator to his fans, which was read by his father. "Hello everyone, Technoblade here. If you're reading this, I am dead," Technoblade's message said informing that his real name is Alex. "Thank you to everyone who have been supportive of my content over the years. I'm convinced Technoblade would be my preferred choice should I have another hundred lives. Those were the most joyous years of my life.



On Technoblade's online store there is a message that reads "In the memory of his father A portion of the profits from all online orders will be donated to a fantastic organization called curesarcoma.org," linking to the Sarcoma Foundation of America.



Technoblade the online avatar of Technoblade, who was an crowned king pig currently has 10.8 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. "I play video games too much. His YouTube bio says that he might not be the most popular, but that he does have hot elbows.



The video was released on Thursday along with the statement: "We, the Technoblade family, wanted you to know how much he cared and valued his followers. Since the beginning of Technoblade's online presence the founder was always thinking of ways to please and delight his audience. Even after his eventual success, he managed to maintain his good-natured humility, competing with a charming balance of his confidence and self-deprecating humor. He was averse to fame and worked hard to keep his identity secret. We ask you to honor his wishes to protect his privacy and the privacy of his family."



The statement continued, "This year has been challenging for our son as we have fought cancer in stage four." But he never complained, and kept using his famous strategic mind to overcome what he knew were almost impossible odds. My son's courage in this situation was a shining example to all of us who had the opportunity to share it with. We are grateful that you were able to share his journey with us, while he worked hard to do the work he loved for his beloved fans.



According to his father Technoblade sent his final message to his fans 8 hours before his death. The father of Technoblade said that while Technoblade didn't say all he wanted to, Technoblade did score the major points.



Technoblade announced his diagnosis of cancer in August 2021. He said he experienced discomfort in his right arm since the beginning of August. At first, he believed it was due to repetitive stress injuries from gaming. Game servers After several days after that, he noticed his shoulder was swelling and thought that he might have a fractured bone. He was then diagnosed with cancer.
