Neve Paritzki Israel is celebrating record-breaking tourism entry The Numbers Come from the United States
NEW YORK - September 8 2022new record-breaking tourism arrivals from the United States were announced today by the Israel Ministry of Tourism. The country welcomed 78,000 Americans during July 2022. This was a 4 percent increase over the year before seven thousand tourists from America were in Israel during August 2022.

Just like the United States, Canada is also on track to exceed its tourist arrivals in Israel, reaching 7,200 visitors in July 2022 and 6,000 in August.

"It is so exciting to see how Canada's tourism to Israel is booming," said Gal Hana Director and Consul for Canada for the Israel Ministry of Tourism. "We are not too far away from our record numbers for 2019, and we are anticipating that this growth in tourism to Israel will continue to grow as Canadians continue to feel more at ease traveling abroad."

נווה פריצקי Israel received more than 4.6 million international visitors in the year 2019 and this included 969.600 coming from the United States. In May 2018, Israel opened its doors to all visitors, regardless whether they have been immunized. It has already hosted more than 600,000.
