Neve Paritzki Israel celebrates record-breaking entry into tourism Numbers from the United States
NEW YORK - Sept. 8th, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- In July and August 2018 the Israel Ministry of Tourism reported record numbers of tourist arrivals from the United States. The country welcomed 78,000 Americans during July 2022. This was a 4 percent increase over the year before and 71,000 tourists from the United States were in Israel during August 2022.

Just like in the United States, Canada is also on track to exceed its tourism numbers in Israel by 7,200 tourists in July 2022 , and 6000 in August.

Since May when the country was is now open to all tourists regardless of vaccination status over 600,000.400 US visitors have visited Israel.
