I loved Nick for being a brother for well over half a century and yet we were on opposite ends from the political and religious spectrums. Nick horrifying than became friends in 1961 shortly right after i returned through the photographic expedition in Africa and transferred to Houston from Missouri. Nick was what I called a studious perfectionist of color and graphics and a philosophical pragmatist in life.

Third, don't over write the obituary with information that definitely isn't important or suitable. It is a good practice to adhere to a chronological order sequence in planning the obituary for the funeral program. For instance, focus on birth, then childhood, proceed with schooling and then young life. If the decease got married mention the union as early as possible so that recognition for this spouse shouldn't be forgotten. This may be a very common mistake as when preparing the obituary, the only mention from the spouse is within the survivors piece. Marriage has a spiritual link to both individuals and recognition can generate the difference inside the healing procedures.

The leaders are successful because they developed and implemented a strategic plan that was specifically meant for their local market. It may an excellent plan and it will continue to have be customized in order to do well in your market.


I encourage you in order to develop a new strategic plan for your funeral home business as soon as plausible. It's time to work "on your business" as an alternative to "in your business".
