Kementerian Sihir ( MoM ) merupakan sebuah lembaga atau kantor tempat mengurus pekerjaan menteri sihir untuk komunitas magis di Inggris.

Kantor Kementrian Sihir terletak di bawah tanah tepat pada jantung kota London

Melalui sebuah kotak telepon rusak berwarna merah yang terletak di sebuah jalanan kotor dengan beberapa kantor lain yang sudah tak terawat juga sebuah pub, dan menekan tombol di telepon (62442, M-A-G-I-C)

7. Apa saja tugas beliau ?
Beliau memiliki tugas sebagai penanggung jawab dan pengambil keputusan tertinggi terhadap kebijakan dan peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh Kementrian Sihir. Termasuk di dalamnya adalah penetapan Undang-Undang, Kebijakan Internasional dan Dalam Negeri, serta wakil dari komunitas penyihir inggris di dunia Internasional.
8. Sebutkan tugas penasihat menteri sihir
Selain memberikan nasihat kepada Menteri, tugas ini hanya dikenal untuk bekerja sama dengan Perdana Menteri Muggle.
