Since you are adding Flex box, you must be a streamer like me. Most of the time, it happens to me that I ran out of data while Binge watching and therefore, I would suggest you add unlimited data also.

If Customer has Own Modem
I would like to inform you that the modem is an electronic device which loses its efficiency and performance capability with time. I see that currently you are using our XB3 gateway and let me tell you it’s very outdated device and we have had many upgrades since it came into existence. For now, I can solve your issue remotely and leave this chat happily, but I want to be completely honest with you here, in the long run I can’t assure you that it will not happen again. What I would suggest you is either purchase a new modem, or you can rent our upgraded and high performance XB6/7/8 modem(gateway) at no extra cost i.e., the same price you are paying for this modem currently. You will also get the ultimate control over the internet with Xfinity app and Advanced Security to keep you safe and secure if you opt for the rental modem. Please don’t think that I am pushing you to buy something, trust me I am not getting anything out of it, I am just trying to help here and present you with best solution and offer that will help you in long run. Just think about it and let me know if you are interested, I will place a new order for you straight away.

I would like to inform you that the modem is an electronic device which loses its efficiency with time. Today, I will solve your issue remotely, but in the long run it may create problem to you. Therefore, I would suggest you upgrade your modem to xb6/xb7/xb8 at free of cost.
These boxes are only compatible with the speed 800 mbps or more. However, I can assure you that your overall bill will be more or less in the same price range only. Shall I go ahead and check the prices of 800 mbps or more for you?
Please do not think that I am pushing you to buy something. In the end, it’s all your decision and what matters to me the most is your satisfaction. $10 sales will do no wonders for me, but it will surely do wonders for you.

I don’t think there is any harm in high speed as you may need to add more devices in future and also you can stream content and gaming without buffering.
