It may be the difference between suffering a heart attack brought on by stress at age 50 and surviving well into your nineties.

Exams stress me out greatly. I think I can avoid this by calming myself down before the exam, being confident in my preparation, and realizing that stress may really be a good thing because it will force me to pay attention and double-check my answers. I recently felt anxious before an important interview. My forehead was perspiring, and I was feeling really anxious. Based on the video, I may have concluded that the tension was motivating me to perform better and the perspiration was cooling me off. 

I want to try out working out. Working out, according to many sources including mayo clinic allows people to destress and let go of all worries so it is one thing I would like to add to my routine. Yoga is part of my stress-reduction strategy going ahead. Because of its relaxing effects and apparent ability to significantly aid in stress reduction, yoga is something I've always wanted to try. Setting up a schedule of one session per day, either before or after my workout, seems like a great place to start.
