Structure and working principle of dust free telescopic chute
Telescopic chute is a sort of efficient dust-proof conveying devices utilized to dump bulk materials of granules or powders to trucks, tankers and storage lawns. It is also referred to as telescopic loading spout, telescopic filling chute or merely filling spout, filling chute.The telescopic is divided into 2 layers, the inner layer of its discharge spout is a cone, which can make the product travel through, and the external layer is a double telescopic tube, which is utilized for dust collection.
There is a steel cone at the lower end of the telescopic loading spout, which has great sealing efficiency. The cone is used to connect the tank vehicle. Clients can choose the dust purification system, including 6-8 filter pipelines, with an overall surface area of 10m2, and equipped with a 2.2 kW (3.0 HP) fan. Double layer case structure is adopted, which is composed of chute and dust cover. The material goes through the chute, and the dust cover is sheathed on the chute, and a dust absorption cavity is formed between the two.
The bottom of the dust-free telescopic chute will be geared up with a level sensor and a dust-proof skirt cover. The level sensor will be set on the outside or inside, and the dust skirt will be overlapped in blocks. In the discharging process, after the material level sensor contacts the material, the dust-free telescopic chute will be raised in time to keep a particular range in between the product top and the accumulated material. The dust-proof skirt cover can cover the material pile to make sure the dust absorption impact and prevent dust overflow. The telescopic chute will be made from steel plate with polyurethane wear-resistant liner, and the dust cover will be made of antistatic soft chemical fiber product with high strength. A supporting structure will be embeded in the dust cover, which can not just extend up and down, but also guarantee smooth air circulation. The improved telescopic chute can rise and fall freely without obstructing; at least three lifting points will be set at the bottom of the telescopic chute to guarantee that the lifting system can drive the telescopic chute to rise and fall efficiently.


Function:
The telescopic chute appropriates for continuous dumping of bulk products, and the max. discharging speed is 250m3/ h. The discharge spout can be put together with anti overflow device. When the discharge spout is lifted, the anti overflow device can play the function of dust plug.
Telescopic filling chute is mainly made up of power part, actuator, mechanical part and electrical part.
Power part: motor, reducer, spindle and other parts; actuator is mainly made up of wire rope, wheel, etc;
Mechanical part: by the top box, hose pipe, tail shell, dust bag, etc;
Electrical part: sensing unit, level switch, electrical cabinet, and so on.
The fan on the dust filtering system improves the effectiveness of the filtering parts. Due to the self-cleaning function of the devices after stopping operation, the filter parts are kept in good condition before each new loading.
First, extend the discharge spout and line up the discharge spout with the feed port of the tank automobile. When the discharge cone goes into the feed port of the tank cars and truck, release the cable television switch installed outside the reducer to stop the discharge port from taking down. The limit switch in the transmission can control the full extension or contraction of the discharge spout. When the valve at the silo outlet is opened, the product begins to unload.
The polymer covering on the exit cone plays a great sealing function when feeding the tanker. At the same time, the fan in the filter module constantly collects dust, and the dust goes into the combined filter element above the devices through the outer layer of the discharge port, and tires the excess air. As the increase of product weight will trigger the tanker to drop, releasing the cable television switch can even more extend the discharge port. A level meter is installed in the center of the discharge cone. When the product in the tank vehicle reaches the large product position, the valve at the silo outlet is instantly closed. After about 10 seconds of stagnation, shrink the discharge port to the initial state, so that the recurring dust can be discharged from the filter element. When the discharge port is fully withdrawed, the limit switch in the transmission stops the discharge port from pulling back. The self-cleaning function of the discharge port can clean up the filter component by pulsating jet for another 10 minutes. The built-in dust filter decreases the powder divergence throughout the discharging procedure.
When the tank automobile is full, the inverted cone with level sensing unit inside will be shown, and after that slowly raise the discharge port and improve the material distribution in the tank car.
The two lifting ropes on the outside of the bag are utilized to lift and decrease the discharge spout. Due to the low friction of products and the non blocking of product flow, the lifting ropes are not used throughout operation.
