Play Black Adam Online: Digital Release Date Revealed
Dwayne Johnson's Black Adam has a surprise digital release date that's much earlier than fans of DCU fans would expect.

The long-running DC Studios epic has been in theaters for less than one month, and it has not done much to set the entire world. The film was released to less-than-stellar reviews and has earned a measly $356 million from the theaters (less that Black Panther: Wakanda Forever did in the span of two weeks).

Star of Black Adam Dwayne Johnson has been vocal about its reaction and has come to film's defense several times since its October release .

Now, just after the film's first release It appears that Black Adam is coming home earlier than people might have believed.

Black Adam Receives a streaming date
A Warner Bros. (WB) press release revealed that Black Adam would hit digital storefronts on November 22 - just 31 days following its theatrical debut.


Digital launches are the most short theatrical exclusive time frame for any widely-released DCU film.

This film is also expected to get a full 4K Blu-ray launch, just after the start of the year, which begins on January 3, 2023.

Both the digital release and Blu-ray disc are packed with special features, however the specifics of these are not clear as of now. However, judging from the features listed by WB it seems audiences will receive a documentary about the story of Dwayne Johnson's DC character as well as the Justice Society of America, a deep dive into the various costumes used in the film, and a look at the style for Black Adam's fictional nation, Kahndaq.

Why is Black Adam Hitting Digital so So
It's a shame for WB to see its big Fall DC movie hit as it did. After getting watch movies of some success earlier in the year with Matt Reeves' The Batman, it was hoped the studio could take advantage of the goodwill and round out 2022 with another screamer.

However, that wasn't the case. Black Adam sort was released without much fanfare, aside from the crew and cast promoting the movie. It seems one of the only talk-show moments from the film was that it marked that the character of Henry Cavill's Superman.

This is the reason the Dwayne Johnson-led blockbuster is cutting back on its losses and making its debut on digital as soon as possible. This move shows that WB is really trying to get the most juice from this Black Adam orange as they can.

The delay could have led to the film falling even further from the discussion that it already is. In this way, WB offers viewers as many choices as it is possible to watch the film, so WB can start to recoup its investment.
