Minecraft is now available with the option of buying Minecraft Realms. Realms is a monthly subscription that allows you to build your own online Minecraft world. There are currently two subscription options to select from depending on how many players you would like to invite to play in your world at the same time. A realm for you and two friends costs 3.99 USD/month (or equivalent local currency) and a realm for you and 10 friends costs 7.99 USD/month (or equivalent local currency). You and 10 other friends can test Minecraft Realms for 30 days. Any unused portion of a trial period that is free will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
When you confirm your purchase the purchase will be debited to iTunes. The subscription automatically renews unless auto renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the expiration date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current period at the rate of the subscription option you previously selected.
The user can manage their subscription. Auto-renewal is able to be disabled by going to the Account Settings of the user after purchase. There is also a button on the game that take you to these settings. If you cancel after your subscription has activated, you won't get a refund for the remainder of the active period of the subscription.
