I love Minecraft, but the Switch Edition is the WORST version I've ever played. Its often laggy, does not load chunks correctly (SpecificallyI enjoy Minecraft, but the Switch Edition is the worst version I've ever played. It is slow, often slow, and fails to load chunks correctly (specifically loading the blocks , but leaving them invisible for long durations) mobs sometimes be stuck in place with no reason, and it occasionally soft-locks when entering menus like inventory by freezing the screen, forcing the user to restart the game. This is all in line with what I've seen in the offline single player mode. Because of all the problems I've discussed, I can't even play local multiplayer with just one player. Local multiplayer is far more prone to glitches than single-player. Even if you can tolerate the multiplayer glitches for a while but it will crash within 5 minutes.
I thought it might just be my copy of the game that was the problem however I've played with different versions of both the physical and digital versions and they all are the same. rock it like a hurricane The Pocket Edition and Wii U versions are much more stable and playable that the Switch version.
