EcoPlanet Ignis

The members can vote at the General Meeting. Members can elect a Supervisory Board and Management Board. They can also vote on the workload and the distribution of surplus.
Green Planet Energy was previously called Greenpeace Energy. It is a German electric utility and registered association whose stated purpose is to supply environmentally friendly energy to the electrical grid. Its shareholders include Greenpeace e.V., which holds five shares worth EUR55 each in the cooperative. Eco Planet Averde are financially independent, but they share an office building in Hamburg. The company met Greenpeace e.V.'s criteria for "clean energy."
