Existing Mass and CofG
There are no changes to crush capacity as no passenger accessible areas were changed.
All suspension characteristics are the same between the three fleets.
Ra number currently 3.

The longitudinal CofG’s have increased by approximately 8mm (worst case). This is considered to be negligible as the mass increase on the vehicle is only 0.16% of the vehicle mass.

This Week:
- Phone Andy Foster
- Review drawings - Sent to AP - PRIORITY - Upload all CAD to drive (upload)
- Complete FM/3567 Masses - PRIORITY
- Capture an action that FM/3567 is to be updated at FiC when positions and masses are to be received
- Give a certification that the mass increase is negligible - PRIORITY
- E17645 - C700 JRU Part Number EC (30/11/22 submit) - Ideally complete this week
- Sheet metal Exam

Masses check:
- Wheel loading (Tare): Explain away
- Braking calculation limit: Check my crush axle load sheet VS 350/1 braking calc from report (desktop). Explain away
- Gauging changes check (Tare): check my tare CofG VS CL350 Combined Modification Assessment Report). All my tare CofG are lower than in the report
- RA Number check (MXD) using tool TI-12394 SOFTWARE Route Availability Calculator (tRAin)
- Entire report explaining my methodology etc

- Daryl Peters - Siemens Manager contact on site Temple Mills
- Read the Eurostar docs
- Setup Eurostar document (get number etc)

Condition Assessment - 374 fleet - Eurostar:
- Start the Cond Assessment report before I go (see Iain Kennedy email attachment)
- Check Citrix for Gangway Condition assessment
- Get a cond assessment number from the master doc

380 Flooring Repair work:
- Groove out the floor, Cold weld compound, Product isn't failing, De-bonded

To do:
- E17645 - C700 JRU Part Number EC (30/11/22 submit)
- E71216 - C717 JRU Part Number EC (16/12/22 submit)
- 380 Lino work - ad001.siemens.netdfs001FileGBNHPHK_TechEngineering Change_Desiro CityClass 700D - Interior AppointmentsE17591 - Updates to VMI RCCP005 floor covering repairRelease of ECCF
- TI 12252 - TQ0622502 - Soap dispenser
- Obsolescence Smoke Detector ZFS50046

- E17645 - C700 (12 car or 8 car) - M6 NSK Washer needed
- E71216 - C717 (6 car) - M4 NSK Washer needed - Old A2V number was wrong, mention this in EC - No prev approved version (Brand new to engineering) - Is E17460 updating E71216 (C717)?

T-ASDO FiC (currently 20/03/23) and Fleet Fit (currently 6/10/23)
Give Dan Dreese a Star Award
___
360/1 Mass & CofG:
- 360/1 Mass & CofG Supplier scopes (gauging assessment + approvals) - Sent to Dave Burton
- 360/1 Mass & CofG Report create - Ask retrofit team to 2nd party/review
- 360/1 Mass & CofG Report - Review and approve calculation spreadsheet
____
C360/1 Mass & CofG Report create:
"Whilst calculating an up to date normal design mass has been done based on the Weighwell sheet adjusted for brake disc and wheel wear."
Make it clear that the UAT area is using a different standard, as this is how the train was originally built
How they calculated the UAT area.
From build they assumed 9 seated passengers at the tip up seats, which reduced the standing area

- Review TI5438/07/01
--- Look at the bogie re-fitment tasks to the vehicle as they may include the necessary height checks (meaning no need to bogie press).
--- 3mm is small, we are re-weighing post mod anyway final weighing anyway. There is no lateral offset on the bogie press. If the lateral is offset, then this is covered as part of the vehicle heights setup.
--- 3mm is a small change, figures not shocking.
--- When was the increase in z1 tolerance range?

G01-75073401 - Wheel unloading test specification
Coach is lighter, may affect where the bogie sits vs bogie axlebox, z height
Tare mass decrease, crush mass decrease 360/1 vs 360/1

- Different pressing load sheet required
- z1 height
- Existing VMIs for introducing a new bogie for the vehicle
- UFH010 - Maintenance procedure - Introducing bogies back onto a vehicle
- UFP005 or UFP013 Bogie change using the jacks
- UOP001 - Adjustment of vehicle heights
TI 6816 or TI 5438

What other 450 EC's relate to the Sleep mode interoperability (particularly changes to temperature sensors and other components) - List these:

- 444/450 PLC Upgrade (Was done before sleep mode, took 10 months to sort)
- Software upgrade (HHM06009, HSM06005)
- ILI06001 "Sleep Mode - Saloon Lighting Mod Prior to Fitment of Hardware Mod (problem with mod that wasn't foreseen) (ILI05002)
- PMB06026 Sleep Mode (SWT) - (Modification Instruction, including pushbuttons, relay, wiring spare ACU fault contacts into the HVAC IHO input)

- PLC modification was carried out locally with initial assistance from KBRS
- HHM06008 "Saloon HVAC Anti Suffocation Mode Enable and Loss of PLC Application Software Fix" - Another issue

1.95 software change? - Under certain circumstances, when left in the sidings would go in and out of sleep mode continuously
Limits the switching

Still an ongoing issue with the sleep mode on the units. Inhibited the bodyside heaters, because of an ACU fault
Still an existing request outstanding SAG

Lighting inverter failures on C444/450 fleet related to HVAC (Put these in the Risks doc)
- Lighting Inverter Damaged due to the change in wiring - Mitigation: Issue investigated and the lessons learned are to be incorporated into the Class 350 fleets
- Software fix - ASDO 6.2

HSE06010 "HVAC internal module wiring for sleep mode - Amended Maintenance"
HSI06008 "Depot Trial of HVAC sleep mode"
