As the creator Frank Cesco explains, this is a map that has a 1:145 scale, so a one-meter block now represents 45 meters of actual ground. To facilitate navigation the map, the Y-axis's scale is slightly exaggerated at 1:22. The total map size is 16,663 x 10,567 blocks and there's plenty of space to explore.
You can get instructions on how to download the map yourself over in the description of the creator's YouTube video. Frank Cesco's name could be familiar due to the full map of Europe that he released last summer at the smaller scale of 1:32.
