Diamond is outclassed by Minecraft Netherite.

Four Netherite Ingots Per Gold Ingot
Note Netherite can be made with a regular furnace however, using a Minecraft Blast Furnace (opens in new tab) can speed up the process considerably.
Despite its remarkable value, Netherite is surprisingly easy to craft-once you make your way through the eerie alternate dimension of the Nether. Access the Nether by crafting the Nether portal in the Overworld with an obsidian frame that is rectangular and activated by fire inside it.
Ancient Debris is found deep within the Nether deep in this dark, dark, and terrifying dimension. The block isn't able to be blown up so bring your trusted Diamond Pickaxe to hammer away at it.
Minecraft Netherite recipe
Here are the ingredients required to make Netherite
Netherite Scrap x4
- Gold Ingots 4
After you have collected a large amount of Ancient Debris, you can put it in a blast furnace with any kind of fuel to melt it into Netherite Scrap. Since this recipe calls for 4:4 Gold Ingots, ensure you have enough Gold Ingots. Next, place four ingots on the Crafting Table.
Are you searching for a lava-proof and explosive house? For the safest crib, combine nine Netherite Ingots.
Minecraft Netherite armor and weapon choices
For a long time diamond was the most popular material for armor and tools. But Netherite has taken over the crown. Netherite-based items can be floating in lava, and aren't able to burn. It sounds pretty great isn't it? It's time to get an upgrade. Here are the items you can create using Netherite
- Axe
Hoe
- Pickaxe
Shovel
Sword
- Boots
- Leggings
- Chestplate
- Helmet
To craft a Netherite item, you need to place the Diamond version of that item and a Netherite Ingot on your crafting Table. You'll need to upgrade each item individually for an entire Netherite armor set. For instance, if you want to create a pair of luxurious Netherite Boots, simply add a Netherite Ingot to a pair of Diamond Boots.
Netherite armor offers an extra durable suit and knockback resistance that protects you from arrows. The color coordination between your weapon, armour and armor is equally important. Fortunately, Netherite weapons are more destructive than Diamond ones. That said, if you're more of a farmer than fighter, Netherite tools are more durable and mine materials faster than their Diamond counterparts.
However, Netherite doesn't finish top of the class in every way. Minecraft servers Although Netherite has an enchantment worth that is higher than Diamond, it is still less than Gold. That said, considering Netherite's durability, knockback resistance and design, it's an acceptable compromise. It's still a great idea to head over to your Minecraft Enchantments table (opens in new tab) and casting the desired enchantments on your Netherite items. Remember that you'll require some Lapis lazuli to power your spells.
