Not Enough Items (NEI) is a successor to both Too Many Items and Recipe Book. It was developed around the same time that Craft Guide. Alexandria and other IRC members suggested that I merge Too Many Items (or Recipe Book) to fix their biggest flaws, which is ironically too many items or in the case of a recipe book, too many recipes. Too Many Items was great, however, the only issue was that it did not have an easy method to search and sort your items. If you had a mod such as Red Power coming along with 10000 items, both TMI and Recipe Book were racking up the pages. Even if you don't want to cheat on items, the Recipe component of this mod will make you feel at right at home.
How to install: Minecraft Forge is not required in the absence of it, if you don't install it, you won't view mobs in mobspawner products. The process of installing NEI has been modified. Minecraft servers (For the simpler version!). Install FML + OR Minecraft Forge + into the jar. Place the CodeChickenCore.jar file into the coremods directory. Place the NEI JAR files in the coremods directory. Any zip files of modules should be put in the mods directory.
