Subtype of self-preservation

The self-preservation type of instinct is geared towards basic survival requirements. This type is concerned with the cost of shelter, money, health, and safety. They are also likely to be extremely concerned about food and comfort. This subtype is also likely to be concerned about the cleanliness and comfort of the room. They are usually the first to notice any issues in the room.

Self-sufficiency is the primary instinctual impulse. When this drive is in conflict with other instinctual drives, it is often viewed as a threat to one's security. This can lead people to make assumptions about one's own nature, and the need for counseling and therapy. The self-preservation type views that a partner is an essential aspect of ensuring security, and consequently experiences anxiety if they do not find one.

Instinctual types are distinguished by a variety of behaviors. Self-preservation is associated with protection and vigilance, and also aggression. These behaviors are focused on protecting oneself and the group. They are linked to the achievement of group members and the hierarchy.

Social instinctual people seek their social connection and status. These people are more likely to seek out group membership if had a good childhood. They are more likely to be interested in the charity of their choice. They also tend to be annoyed by people who seem to be comfortable discussing food or home decor.

Your subtype is essential because it will help you grow. Identifying your subtype will allow you to tap into your full potential.

Type Eight

Type Eight is an instinctual type that combines a love of life with a desire for material security. Those with this temperament have a strong desire to protect their loved ones and family. They are also competitive and decisive, with immense energy and powerful appetites. Their physical presence is unmistakable and they're never afraid to assert themselves. They are hardworking and practical, with a strong drive to dominance.

This instinctual form of love is a combination of sexual desire and lust to create a charismatic persona. This makes it hard for an Eight to give up possessions. This instinct is also the reason they are more prone to political involvement. Although they tend to be less aggressive than other subtypes, they are just as likely to be opposed to an individual leader.

Self-pre/sexual eight is another instinctual variation of Type Eight. They are motivated to "hook" people and are often suspicious of others. This tendencies make it difficult to control their urges and can result in unhealthy relationships. Eights may become jealous, possessive or addicted to their partners in these relationships. These actions could lead to spousal abuse.

In this instinctual version, a Type Eight is also more compassionate and expressive than the average two. Even though the eight cares about being loved and can show its love by caring for others, it also seeks love in a similar way to an integrated two. This instinctual form of personality has a big heart and is eager to express love and do it by expressing love in tangible ways.

Type Five

Type Five is the opposite of type Four and is extremely emotional. It can communicate its inner feelings through art and through thoughts. It also searches for ultimate knowledge and truth. It also seeks meaning. This instinctual variant may be connected to specific subtypes however, it can also be used separately.

Type Eight is associated with the Passion of Lust. It is driven by the desire to live each moment to the fullest degree and will often resort to force to satisfy its Dominant Instinct desires. The self-centered Eights are usually excessively concerned with autonomy. This instinctive way of thinking may cause one to feel isolated and resentful.

Type Twos project their neediness onto others. They are usually seeking approval and love from others. However, their desire for approval and love hinders them from making deep relationships. They are a traditional provider but they are also very conscious of their appearance. In contrast to other subtypes, they are less insecure and sceptical.

The Sexual One's inclination is to pursue a beloved or favorite. They were taught that they were beautiful and desirable as children. Their parents encouraged them to believe they could attract a lover. They often believed that they needed to be sexually ferocious and fey to make the attraction happen.

The self-pres/social stacking subtype resembles to the self-pres/self-pres subtype numerous ways, including the need to maintain a clean environment. They are also looking to find a partner and are concerned about their sexuality. They may have strong opinions on social and political issues or may have uneasy alliances.

Type Six

Each Enneagram type has an instinctual variation. Subtypes of instinctual nature are determined by the type's driving emotional energy, and they help explain why people belonging to a type may be different. Each of the nine types is identified by three instinctual variants. Each subtype differs from the main kind in a variety of ways.

Type Six is marked by an intense self-reflection. This instinct is strong and seeks to be secure in relationships. They are attracted by the comfort of close-knit relationships and appreciate tradition and family. Though they can be self-contradictory, the subtype also offers faith and a strong ability to believe in life.

The Intimate Six often conflicts with the Self-preservation Six. They are prone to jealousy and both male and female attributes. Intimate Sixes may look for partners who are more sexually active than themselves. They might also wish to impress their partners by being confident and strong. They may even focus on their appearance.

The Sexual Six is perhaps the least observable of the Six subtypes, yet it is also the most fearful. They are scared of being abandoned and they have a lot of friendships due to their fear of rejection. Although they project warmth, tenderness , and calm, their actual emotions are driven by fear of losing protection. The SP Six feels the need for "good" and keep from alienating others.

The Sexual Sixes are often against perceived danger. They could appear to be risk-takers, rebels, or troublemakers. They might even exhibit hero-complexes.

Type Seven

The Type Seven instinctual variant is marked by intense energy and extremes in behavior and material success. This subtype has the self-preservation impulse, which makes them successful but at the same time, they are incredibly dependent. They require direct feedback and be able to express their thoughts. They might require some time to sort through the feedback they get and may require help from others to achieve their goals.

The Eight instinctual type is more softer than the social/self preservation subtype. This subtype, while showing self-preservation traits and social skills, is more focused on the dynamics of groups. They are also talkative and charismatic. They are sometimes confused with Sevens and sometimes trick people with their social awareness.

The Sexual Seven has a strong sense of humor It's not surprising to see a lot of comic characters of this kind. While their sexuality is not unusual however, they aren't particularly concerned about having sex. They focus on the idealized connection they envision with someone. This can be great fun but it can make intimacy feel unsafe for sevens.

The self-pres/sexual subtype has many traits in common with the other kinds, but it's a different. The Seven seeks to be everywhere and can get annoyed when life gets boring. It may even be a source of frustration when people reject them. This type is also more intense and may have dark nihilistic beliefs.

Sevens can easily get too in love with their romantic partners. They might become clingy but they don't want lose their freedom. If they're in a unhealthy relationship The Sevens tend to be extremely selfish, and their relationships are usually dependent on their own desires.
