As the game progresses, the player can choose how their virus spreads and the symptoms it creates. The game was launched in 2012 and quickly became the 15th most played paid iPhone game of the year.



Many players find it difficult to get their virus to spread across Greenland to Madagascar. Some joked on social media that the coronavirus wouldn't affect these two countries.



I enjoy a lot of Plague Inc. on my phone.
