Musim ini, Neymar tampil sangat baik di Paris bahkan menyebabkan pergelangan kaki kanannya terkilir ... Kini ia dipastikan tidak akan bermain di babak penyisihan grup melawan Swiss dan Kamerun. Neymar, yang tahun ini berusia 34 tahun, adalah seorang veteran tim sepak bola Brasil dan dapat digambarkan sebagai kartu truf tim .
