To design, operationalize, and maintain machine learning models that offer our clients data-driven, actionable insights, the machine learning engineer will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. They will be in charge of using MLOps and model lifecycle best practises, as well as designing, building, and administering the machine learning platforms. In order to increase productivity and efficiency and scale system designs, this person will proactively propose, plan, and integrate new tools and procedures. Responsibilities
� Take the lead in overseeing all stages of the development of analytical work products, from identifying the main problems to providing and developing analytical solutions and insightful information.
� Investigate, create, and implement cutting-edge machine learning (ML) technologies to address pressing and complex issues in healthcare.
� Prepare and evaluate data for use as input in client products' AI and machine learning models.
� The capacity to turn data science prototypes into reliable, scalable products that operate without a hitch in production.
� machine learning w3schools , building and coordinating automated pipelines for deployment and retraining as necessary.
� Establish and carry out a testing strategy to evaluate the model's deployment readiness.
� Managing and keeping an eye on ML models using MLOps best practises.
� Constantly reduce the lifecycle of analytical products without sacrificing accuracy.

� Use statistical programming and data visualisation tools.
� As the ML SME, coordinate with the consulting staff team and keep them updated on advancements. Qualifications requisite
� A bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, or a closely related field of study is necessary.
� 4+ years of expertise applying AI/ML and/or statistical data analysis, ideally in the consulting or healthcare sectors.
� Four or more years of expertise creating and implementing end-to-end machine learning workflows
� Proficiency in SQL, experience using relational databases, and data munging skills.
� Proven track record of delivering platform or ML features in production.
� Must possess a thorough understanding of the machine learning development process, including model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
� Excellent verbal and writing communication skills; capacity to analyse and explain intricate issues or procedures to clients and team members.
� Working knowledge of handling, doing quality assurance, and analysing both structured and unstructured data
� PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, and MS Excel proficiency.
� Knowledge of cloud-hosted data repositories, such as Redshift or Azure SQL.
� The capacity for independent work.
