In a production machine learning portfolio that covers platforms, operations, applied research, platform migration and onboarding initiatives, and platforms, the Sr. Distinguished Machine Learning Engineer will work for the Card Tech Machine Learning (CTML) organisation and be accountable for defining and delivering technical solutions with significant complexity that have broad cross-organizational impact. These initiatives promote a strong horizontal programme that scales responsible AI practises throughout Card Technology's entire ML/AI ecosystem. As a Senior MLE, you will work directly with line-of-business teams, internal enterprise ML platform(s), data science, enterprise data, cyber, and cloud infrastructure teams to oversee and shape the architectural and technical components from beginning to end. It is necessary to have a thorough technical understanding of platforms-as-a-service, cloud infrastructure, batch and real-time machine learning, and best practises for software engineering. Customer focus, good communication, and in-depth technical knowledge are requirements for this position. It also calls for working collaboratively with all levels of leadership to forge agreement while articulating difficult trade-offs and complex decisions in support of the north star ML vision that you will help create. How you'll do the role:
� Work with the Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver ML models and software components that address complex business problems in the financial services sector.
� Encourage the development of ML software and models that support cutting-edge intelligent systems.
� Take the ML leadership reins while keeping the client in mind.
� Use cloud-based technologies and architectures to deliver ML models that are optimised at scale.
� ML model feed pipelines should be optimised.
� Use coding languages like Java, Scala, or Python.
� Spread the word about best practises for the engineering and modelling lifecycles.

� Bachelor's diploma.
� At least ten years of experience with distributed computing to create and design data-intensive solutions.
� At machine learning course of expertise in Python, Scala, or Java programming.
� At least two years of expertise using cutting-edge technology in a mission-critical environment to develop machine learning algorithms. Preferred Requirements
� A master's or doctoral degree in mathematics, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related subject.
� 3+ years of experience creating data pipelines that are ready for production and feed ML models.

� Proficiency in complicated production-ready data pipeline design, implementation, and scalability for ML models.
