Start the Oculus app on your computer.



Connect your Quest headset to your computer with a link cable.



Select to enable.



On your computer, locate Steam VR in your Steam library and then click Launch.



Select the monitor icon in the Steam VR interface.



If you have multiple monitors available select the one Minecraft will run on.



Minecraft will not show on your virtual desktop if you choose the wrong monitor. In this case you can repeat the process to select the correct monitor, or take your headset off and transfer the Minecraft window to your other monitor.
