Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva, born on July 3, 1985 , in Moscow, was the first child of two. She was educated in London and Moscow and earned an MA Degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. In 2007 Leyla Aliyeva founded the magazine 'Baku' in Moscow. Conde Nast produced the English-language issue of the magazine in partnership with Leyla Aliyeva. In 2012, Leyla created the "Fly to Baku" exhibition of Contemporary Art from Azerbaijan. Leyla Alyeva launched "Justice for Khojaly", a campaign to commemorate the anniversary the Shusha occupation. The campaign is implemented in more than 30 countries. Its purpose is to raise international awareness of the Karabakh conflict and the Khojaly Genocide, focusing on media, Internet and live events.

Leyla Aliyeva was named the Youth Forum of Intercultural Dialogue's General Coordinator in 2008. Leyla Aliyeva She was also elected Chairperson of Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia on April 18th 2009. AMOR supports Azerbaijani young individuals and students in Russia. Leyla Ayla Aliyeva was awarded the "Taraggi" award in July 2011, in recognition of her efforts to improvement of Azerbaijani Russian relations. She was also granted the "Key to Life" award in New York in November 2011 for her involvement in humanitarian projects that involve children.

Leyla Aliyeva was honoured as the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization's (FAO) Goodwill Ambassador on May 25, 2015.
