Hey, remember the 2nd paragraph in which I made an HILARIOUS joke about building a house made of gold? It turns out that a golden house may not be nearly as extravagant and outrageous as Andy's most recent builds.
"I created this livestream of 20+ hours, where I built my version of the Bel Air mansion 'The One'. I could not find any plans for the house's floor plan and we had a blast creating the most extravagant house that could be built, with bowling lanes and an YouTube recording room, cinema, tennis courts and even a helipad! While it was an enjoyable building, I tried to make sure the layout was logical and that the rooms had great views and the design was suitable for the affluent people living in it!"

Luckily, you don't have to be stupidly rich to to build modern architecture in Minecraft! It can be difficult to begin building a modern house in Minecraft. A block is only a few mouse clicks away for Creative Mode players. However, a Survival player might require hours to gather all the materials needed.
Andy states that a modern house builder should consider their preferences in building blocks. My advice is to use blocks such as white concrete or light gray concrete and stone for walls.
