If you're worried about the potential dangers of 5G and 5G, you're not alone. It's been linked with cancer and other diseases and has even been the subject of Vandalism. It is also linked to radio-frequency waves, which can be dangerous for your immune system. If you're interested in learning more about it, continue reading.
The radiation causes cancer
It's unclear if cancer caused by radiation is linked to 5G. There is evidence that it can weaken the immune system, which makes us more vulnerable to COVID-19. Further, studies have shown that 5G doesn't affect the transmission of new coronaviruses. However, further studies are required to confirm these results.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is evaluating the health risks associated with 5G technology. The WHO is studying public health data and scientific research to determine the health hazards associated with the technology. It's not entirely clear whether the risks are serious enough to justify an end to 5G deployment.
Immune system weakening
One of the latest conspiracy theories circulating the internet is that 5G wireless technology degrades the immune system of humans. According to this theory, five-G's wireless technologies are responsible for the spread of the Covid-19 virus which is a deadly coronavirus. This virus can be transmitted from person to person and was first identified within Wuhan, China, about 18 months ago. Covid-19 is prevalent in many countries and has been associated with a number of deaths.
5G wireless technology utilizes Radio waves with high frequency to connect smartphones and other devices. However, there's a lack of research regarding whether or not these waves can cause cancer. Some experts believe that 5G can weaken the immune system and could lead to an increase in the risk of developing COVID-19.
Cancer
A recent resolution by The Portland City Council demands that the Federal Communications Commission do more studies on the health consequences on the health of wireless 5G network. While this research is necessary however, it's unlikely to be completed in the same time frame as 5G technology is deployed. The industry will have moved on towards the new generation of technology, likely 7G or 6G. The resolution expresses the desire to have local control over this issue, but the resolution also acknowledges that local governments aren't legally allowed to reject federal mandates.
Many experts believe that the radiation produced through 5G technology does not cause cancer. However, recent research conducted by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has challenged this notion. The study was able eliminate the causal connection with radiofrequency radiation and the development of cancer both animal and human studies. electromagnetic sensitive reviewed 125 research studies that were conducted on animals and humans as well as 75 human models between 2008 and the year 2019. The FDA found no connection with radiofrequency radiation and the development of cancer.
Vandalism
A growing amount of criminals are targeting the 5G network's infrastructure. Some of the vandalism has included sabotaging mobile networks through burning down masts and destroying other infrastructure. Additionally, there have reported Proteckd of individuals hiding needles and razor blades behind anti-5G posters. Additionally, several sabotage incidents have been connected to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Protests against 5G are taking place all over the world. Protesters have declared June 6 as a day of worldwide protest and declared that the radio emissions from 5G can be harmful to the environment. However, the majority of scientists agree with these protesters.
Arson
There have been a variety of rumors connecting 5G mobile networks to arson attacks. The most recent one involved the burning of twenty towers of cell phones within the United Kingdom during the Easter weekend. The arsonists had a plan in mind that they lit the towers of cell phones on fire with the form of ears like bunnies. This could be related to the coronavirus pandemic. However, no one has been able confirm this theory.
While Proteck'd were around for a long time, the recent hype around 5G has brought them to the forefront. For instance in a New York Times article noted that Russian propaganda network RT America had been broadcasting stories on threats to 5G. As a result, organizations like those of the Oakmore Neighborhood Advocacy Group have been using Pall's arguments at city council meetings and community forums, and speaking out against 5G implementation in their area.
Politicians
The next generation of wireless technology, 5G, is sweeping the country. It promises faster connections and more speedy Internet and quicker acces to info. But, with its wide rollout, comes the potential for issues. For example, 5G might interfere with the instruments in airplanes. Already, airlines have modified certain flights to avoid being close to 5G towers that are being built.
In the end, many politicians are concerned about the safety in 5G network. Within the United States, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is been tasked with quelling concerns about the new technology. However, some politicians have called for the FCC to ensure the safety of passengers and aviation by making sure that 5G is constructed in a safe manner. Representatives Andy Kim, Thomas Suozzi, as well as Peter Defazio have written to the FCC requesting more information on the infrastructure for 5G.
Environmental activists
Many people are concerned about the possible dangers of the 5G network. Environmental activists, celebrities even fringe science experts have all raised the issue. In 2015 around 190 scientists from 40 nations signed a petition to the UN urging for the World Health Organization to review the guidelines currently in place on 5G-related networks. In April, the European Union echoed those concerns in April 2019 when it stopped work on the network.
Revolts over 5G tech have been taking place around the world. In Australia protesters from the "We Say No to 5G" (2020a) campaign has coordinated protests around the nation. Others have joined in on the cause. The most recent protest took place within Mullumbimby, Australia, in late April. The residents of Mullumbimby were driven to protest after 5G installers installed the network against the will of the town council. While this was legally legal, council had no power to approve the plan.
