If you're concerned about the potential dangers of 5G, you aren't alone. It has been linked to cancer and other diseases and has even been the object of Vandalism. It's also connected to radio-frequency wavesthat can be harmful for our immune system. If you want to learn more, continue reading.
Cancer caused by radiation
It is not clear whether radiation-induced cancer is linked to 5G. There is evidence to suggest that it may weaken our immune system, making us more vulnerable to COVID-19. Additionally, research has shown that 5G doesn't affect the transmission of coronaviruses that are new. However, electromagnetic sensitive is required to confirm these results.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is evaluating the health risks associated the 5G tech. The WHO is looking at public health data as well as scientific evidence to determine the health risks associated with the technology. It's not certain if the risks are serious enough to justify the need for a moratorium on 5G's deployment.
Immune system weakening
One of the newest conspiracy theories floating around the web suggests that wireless 5G weakens the immune system of humans. Based on this belief, five-G's wireless technologies are the cause of the Covid-19 virus which is a deadly coronavirus. The virus can be transmitted from person-to-person and was first discovered by Wuhan, China, about 18 months ago. Covid-19 is present in many countries and has been associated with the deaths of thousands.
5G wireless technology utilizes Radio waves with high frequency to connect smartphones and other gadgets. There is a lack of research regarding whether or not the radio waves will cause cancer. Certain scientists believe that 5G will affect the immune system, which can lead to an increase in the chance of developing COVID-19.
Cancer
A recent resolution from the Portland City Council demands that the Federal Communications Commission do more studies on the health consequences of 5G wireless networks. While this research is necessary, it is likely to be completed within the same timeframe that the 5G technology is deployed. The industry will have moved on to the next generation, which is likely to be 6G or 7G. The resolution reflects the desire to have local control over the matter However, the resolution acknowledges that local governments aren't legally able to rescind federal orders.
Many experts argue that the radiation produced from 5G's wireless technologies doesn't cause cancer. But, recent research conducted by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has challenged this notion. This study has been able to disprove the causal relationship with radiofrequency radiation and the development of cancer, in human and animal studies. In the study, the researchers analyzed 125 experiments performed on human subjects and 75 animal models from 2008 to the year 2019. is electromagnetic sensitivity real discovered no link with radiofrequency radiation and the development of cancer.
Vandalism
A rising number of vandals are attempting to destroy the 5G network's infrastructure. Some vandalism has involved sabotaging the mobile networks through burning down masts and destroying other infrastructure. Additionally, there have reported instances of individuals concealing needles and razor blades hidden behind anti-5G signs. In addition, several sabotage attempts have been associated with co-infections with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Protests against 5G are taking place all over the world. Protesters against 5G have declared the 6th of June as a day of protest across the globe and have warned that 5G radio emissions are harmful for the environment. But, the majority of scientists disagree with the activists.
Arson
There have been numerous rumors connecting 5G mobile networks to arson attacks. The most recent incident involved the burning of 20 towers of cell phones located in the United Kingdom during the Easter weekend. The arsonists had a pattern in their minds and set the cell phone towers on fire with the form of ears like bunnies. This pattern could be linked with the pandemic of coronavirus. However, no one has been able to prove this hypothesis.
Although these theories have been around for a long time, the recent excitement about 5G has made them more visible. For instance in a New York Times article noted that Russian propaganda channel RT America had been broadcasting stories on threats to 5G. Meanwhile, groups like Oakmore Neighborhood Advocacy Group Oakmore Neighborhood Advocacy Group have been using Pall's arguments at city council meetings as well as community forums, and protesting against 5G deployment in their region.
Politicians
A new generation of technology for wireless, 5G, is spreading across the country. It promises better connections as well as more speedy Internet and more convenient access to information. However, with its widespread rollout, comes the potential for problems. For example, 5G might interfere with the equipment in airplanes. Major airlines have already modified certain flights in order to stay clear of new cell towers.
As a result, many politicians are concerned regarding the security of 5G networks. The United States, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is been given the task of settling concerns about the new technology. However, some politicians are calling for the agency to ensure the safety of aviation and consumers by making sure that 5G is constructed securely. Representatives Andy Kim, Thomas Suozzi, and Peter Defazio have written to the FCC seeking more details on the infrastructure for 5G.
Environmental activists
Many people are concerned about the potential dangers of the 5G network. Browse this site from the environmental movement, celebrity and fringe scientists have all raised concerns about the dangers. In 2015, 190 scientists from 40 countries signed a letter to the UN urging to the World Health Organization to review the guidelines currently in place on 5G-related networks. It was the European Union echoed those concerns in April of 2019 when it halted work in the area.
Protests against 5G technology have occurred around the world. In Australia, the "We Say No to 5G" (2020a) campaign has coordinated protests throughout the country. Other groups have joined in on the cause. The latest protest took place within Mullumbimby, Australia, in the middle of April. People in the town were motivated to protest after 5G operators set up the new network against the will by the local council. While this was legal in the eyes of law, council had no authority to approve of the project.
