So we found lot of complaints from our existing cx that they are facing problem while connecting their own device wit the prime videos and also we found that their account is registered on the different devices from the different locations and you know they have shared their account with the family , friends even the neighbours. so its not secure for cx whose account is getting used on those unknown devices because if anyone can connect their devices with cx account then they can also have the access to their shopping account and they can place any order or can go with the different subscription, so it is not secure for our cx, so thats why the polices are changed so in order to watch prime videos on your big screen devices like TV, Laptop, Computer. it is mandatory for every cx to register their devices so its comes with the license and one time registration fee.

Basic :- $139 with the 2 years plus you can connect to the 3 devices at any location in the Us.
Premium :- $199.99 with the 4 years plus you can connect maximum 7 devices from anywhere in US.
