GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE (MOP)
We need to monitor our Google my Business acct. monthly (suggest an advisor to review these) for any reviews which came
from a non-client and looks fake (you may petition Google to remove any review that meets Google's standards for inappropriate and/or inaccurate content) AND any which would be considered a client complaint (we must disclose to Compliance any review that meets the definition of a complaint).
Step 1) Go to google.com and place After-Tax Wealth Management into the search box. On the right side of search page results will be our Google Business Profile where you can review all reviews posted for accuracy. If it is a customer complaint disclose via the LPL submission process.
If it is inappropriate or inaccurate content you can petition Google:
Flag a review in Google Search:
On your computer, go to Google.
Find your Business Profile.
Click Google Reviews.
Find the review you'd like to report.
Click More. Report review. Select the type of violation you want to report.
Per Google's policy:
Reviews are automatically processed to detect inappropriate content like fake reviews and spam.
We may take down reviews that are flagged in order to comply with Google policies or legal obligations.
