ketika merencanakan suatu kegiatan/proyek saya akan berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk memperhitungkan rencana pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut, terlebih dahulu saya menentukan tujuan dari kegiatan/proyek yang akan dilakukan, kemudian akan menganalisa kelebihan dan kekurangan dari kegiatan/proyek tersebut, dianalisa juga tantangan yang kemungkinan akan menggangu proses pelaksanaan kegiatan/proyek dan berupaya mencari solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Perencanaan yang baik akan menghasilkan proses yang baik juga. Misalnya ketika saya merencanakan kegiatan yang akan saya lakukan bersama teman kelompok untuk menyelesaikan mata kuliah proyek kepemimpinan ini. Bersama dengan kelompok saya akan membuat suatu kegiatan yang akan menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan sekitar bagi peserta didik di salah satu sekolah menengah pertama.

Di dalam proses perencanaannya kami terlebih dahulu melakukan observasi ke tempat yang nantinya akan kami tuju untuk melakukan proyek tersebut.
