Nowadays students have to learn a lot of different subject according to national curriculum. It doesn’t matter whether there like the subjects and need them for future career or not. It might be a good idea let them choose what they want to study and how many hours they won’t to spent on learning proper subjects. What are the benefits and drawbacks of such as step.

First and for a most, the students have an opportunity to choose the subject they like, therefore they can broaden them nowlage more willingly
Moreover, the students can devote more time to learning the subject wchic they will take an exam. In addition both students and teachers can be satisfied because the first ones have possibilities to learn their dream subject more and the second ones do not need to force students to learn students something they detest.
On the other hand the idea can be quite risk because it may happened thet most of the students choose, for instance humanities subjects and they will not be enough work for teachers who teach science.
Furthemore, giving students the choice whitch subjects they want to learn and how many houers they want to spent learning them can be in a propriate because some of them are not responsible enough to make such an important decision about their future.
Not only that, but the students can choose the subject which they are not keen on but because they of their popularity.

All thinks considered, it’s sims that letting the students choose their subject has as many benefits as drawbacks. In my opinion students schood be given an opportunity to decide which subject they want to learn because they ought to start making their own decisions.
