Bayrock Group, a Tevfik Arif-led luxury real estate development company, was able to work quickly in conjunction with the Trump Organization in Manhattan shortly after it was established.

Both companies entered into a collaboration in which the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group in its partnership together with the Sapir Organization at Spring Street.

The Trump Organization was at that moment managed by the American former president Donald Trump.

His paternal grandma Elizabeth Christ Trump and Fred Trump in 1927 founded the foundation as E. Trump and Son.

Donald Trump gave control of the management of his company to his family in 2017 as he was preparing for the White House.

Bayrock Group's lucrative deal
The cooperation between the Trump Organization and the Sapir Organization was a relatively recent part of New York City's real estate market.

Tevfik Arif, founder of Spring Street was able to make an arrangement that could boost brand recognition as well in establishing prestige for the venture.

Trump SoHo boasted 46 stories of exclusive bars, restaurants, event and banquet venues as well as an open-air pool, a spa section apartment, as well as hotel room rooms.
