b) Appropriations to be included in the budgets of special administrations at the rate of at least 20% of their annual income, excluding the revenues to be provided in accordance with the provisions of this law, and not less than the amount allocated to primary education in the 1960 fiscal year,
d) In order to provide income to village schools, appropriations to be included in the village budgets at the rate of at least 10% of their general income every year, excluding the income from the allocated land and the school application garden,
e) Fines to be imposed pursuant to this Law, including those judged by the courts
g) No fees or charges are collected from these donations and testaments and related transactions.
h) Interests,
i) The money to be obtained from the sale of the school furniture and supplies to be scrapped, the wreckage of the school buildings that were decided to be sold because it was found to be useless or a new one was built, or the land and fields that were left in a condition that could not be used according to this law due to the change of the school location,
