Conversations took place between Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization when the two companies discovered that they had in common their dreams and interests.

They came up with a partnership that saw the Trump Organization joined Bayrock Group’s project with Sapir Organization on Spring Street.

The Trump Organization was then managed by the former president of America, Donald Trump.

In 1927, his paternal grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump and his father Fred Trump established the organization under the name of E. Trump and Son.
