We had an e-mail machine that was primarily used to send electronic mails prior to moving to Postmark. It was a waste of time as we didn't have the tedious work required to ensure the delivery of e-mails. As our user base increased, so did the number of support tickets for lost receipts for purchases. We knew that something needed to be done.
If you're selling hundreds of copies of your software an hour, time is of the essence.
Postmark was my favorite feature of the service. It took just three minutes to get up and running, and has been chewing away eversince. We even have metrics of how our transactional e-mails are performing. We're back to the future!
Sorry people, a DeLorean isn't included in your Postmark account. It's only available after people use the game to build scale replicas of the Starship Enterprise.
