I want to be more involved in decision making at the team levelIf I had an opportunity to work more in the development of features ,would have gained more knowledge and it also paves the way to work on defect efficiently and in short span of time .Would be better If I attended workshops and training sessions conducted by the learning team.

Would definitely concentrate on the product functionality, which helps to reproduce the steps with an ease for the requirement of the defects.Will attend more training sessions and project activities to use this as an opportunity to learn the unknown areas.Will actively take part in team discussions and walkthroughs and come up with my opinions.
