In this guide I will demonstrate how to increase the amount of RAM used by Minecraft step by step in the most recent Minecraft launcher version.



If you have some old Minecraft launcher version, or other launchers in addition to the official, you can follow the same process, but you will need to locate the arguments options yourself.

Step 1: Check for available memory

7. Click on the

Save

button to apply the changes, and then you can click on the Play button to launch Minecraft


8. Once you're playing, make sure that you have allotted the memory by pressing F3.
