Our customers are being notified about the rate adjustment in many ways, including emails and bill messages.
Following a successful trial last year, all customers are receiving a personalized bill message tailored to their account. It includes:
A breakdown of changes to the cost of their services.
Education about the Xfinity Rewards program.
A reminder that non-contractual bill items, like equipment and fees, are subject to rate adjustments.
A reminder that adjusted rates apply after the end of any contracts or promotions.
