Minecraft is among the top sandbox games on the planet, and Genshin Impact is possibly the most ambitious free-to-play RPG available. Genshin Impact and Minecraft do not have much in common, besides featuring grass and a dark secret, but they've merged thanks to this video.
Now, the title of the video is "Who is the need for Grenades When You Can Have... Pocket Creeper?" which made us assume this was an actual Minecraft mod and not a Genshin one however we've all been cheated before. The video shows Alex yeeting out an adorable little dancing creeper that is truly one of the most adorable things we've ever seen, but before it explodes. It does get a cuddle afterwards though it is a nice touch.
H4xolotl posted this video on Reddit. It turns out that it's more than just a modification to create Amber into Alex. It also contains several other parts. The general style of Genshin Impact has been preserved however, the Minecraft mobs have taken over all the creatures. The Teyvat greens are lush, and the zombies appear strangely at ease in them, but even things like their boat have been modified.
It's a thrilling ride from start to finish, and it has us wondering if we'll ever get a more immersive Minecraft RPG. While Minecraft Dungeons is an immense amount of fun and Minecraft Legends looks interesting, it's not as enjoyable as being able to sail after throwing out a cute creeper, or battling a group of zombies using fancy martial arts skills and spears.
