He has urged for openness in the execution of welfare and development programmes for Dalit, ST, SC, and minority groups.
Naidu said at a meeting with Ministers to review the implementation of all welfare programmes and the integration of SC, and ST sub-plans that the government was spending thousands of crores on welfare programmes and that technology should be used effectively to bring in transparency and change people's lives for the better.
