Minecraft Snapshot 17w48a

This week's snapshot features recipes that can be customized in data packets, as well as a number of bugs fixes from last week's snapshot!

- Make tweaks to the command suggestion UI
Implemented tab-completion to coordinates


- Recipes are now loaded from data packs in data/(namespace)/recipes/(name).json


- All recipes will be erased if you switch off the vanilla data pack


- Fixed bug MC-1685 - Unable to write in a new blank Book and Quill after renaming it to an anvil


- Fixed bug MC-1875 - Snow layers don't drop themselves when harvested using a touch tool that is silk

MC-122430 Fixed Bug - Left click with the debug stick while shifting does not show property for blocks that only have one property


- Fixed bug MC-12440 - Bone blocks in note blocks do not make the right sound


- Corrected bug MC-122453 Attached melon and pumpkin stems don't break when farmland below is tramped upon.


- Fixed bug MC-122456 Fall Through End Portal Frame


- Fixed bug MC-122496. The cancel option is not available on the backup screen


- Fixed bug MC-122577 Mobs become stuck in the cauldron

Before you try to use this snapshot, make sure you backup your worlds. It is not possible to believe that the worlds created in this snapshot to be compatible with future snapshots. Don't expect the worlds played in the last snapshot to be able to work in this week's snapshot.





Resource packs

They broke in the last snapshot, but we failed to change the format number, so they didn't alert you in game. We've fixed the issue and now every outdated resource pack will warn you when you attempt to use it.
