2. Host intro- slow the pace of speech just a tick, maybe consider a brief music transition or intro
3. Difference in the audio quality between Paul and Eliot - what's the recording set up for Eliot. His vocals are just a bit compressed and have a lot of hisses and could be warmer/rounder.
4. Both hosts have great energy and are conversational in the opening, the audio gaps are easy to edit, to improve the flow even more.
5. I would edit the guest VO, rearrange some of it for flow, and move the host interaction up in the audio.
6. Utilize music transitions to break large portions of info.
7. Use music beds throughout out
8. Record a brief reusable intro to explain who Foothold is and the purpose of the podcast (why should we listen? what's the value proposition?)
9. Add some VO to explain to the audience what a “health home” is...
10. VO about why they chose this guest for this topic.
11. Outro: thank the guest, remind the audience of the guest info, podcast info, and call to action.
