HIEが積極的に関与するのではなく、例外対応したいと打ち上げがあったときのみにしたい
定義レベルの間違いがあってもデータ分析はできる
問題が起きても開発の責任、というスタンスでHIEサポートの手厚さを下げて様子を見る
ただし、手戻りが頻発するなど問題がおきるようなら見直すことも考える

チェックリストで○となっていても実態は型桁間違いなど設計ミスがある事は多い
設計手戻りや運用後の障害リスクは心配

維持による成果物チェック負荷が高い。時間と効果があっていなそう
維持にとって必要な成果物だけみるようにする
将来的に盛り込んでもらわないと困ることをフィードバックする方向でいきたい
②-2 GG/IG（ガバナンスゲートという名の開発状況確認会議体）
会議内の有効な指摘はGG0とIG2に集中している
GG0,GG2,IG0,IG1,IG2をやめて、GG0とIG2のみに変えてみる
維持引継ぎは必要だが、維持と改善を含めて引継ぎするようにやり方を見直す
＊懸念点
ゲートの中でHIE作業の有無やスケジュールを確認・調整してきた
今後は開発マターでHIEや維持に連絡してもらう必要がある（要念押し）
データ移行やブランチ構築など、事前連絡なく急に言われても対応できない
気を付けるべきことはゲートチェックリストに記載されているので周知する
リードタイムのHM調整なども開発マターでやること
相談したいという要望には応える
③ドキュメント整理でやっているものの分け方 整理の観点
説明があったが、すでに西本さんと進めている方針と変わりなかった（ほぼ完了済みでもある範囲）ため、いったん西本さんと林さんですり合わせしてもらうことに
